Our first Intensive, Dear Love of Comrades was held on 6-12 February at the Bamarang Bush Retreat. The week saw a group of men gather to explore what is possibile when we dare to risk, push our comfort zones and discover the power of intimacy. love and passion in our lives.
The week on the banks of the Shoalhaven river gave us a time and place that inspired and touched many of us in ways that continue to impact powerfully in our lives. I want to acknowledge the courage and committment of all of you during the week as you grew and stepped into your power as erotic, loving, passionate men. During the week the actions you took and experienced may have given you a sense of a new way of being, creating new ideas and new meaning to what is possible for you. Your relationship between people and environment came to the fore. Emotions of joy, grace, awe, passion and compassion were lived. These moments are when we forget ourselves and seem to become part of the wholeness of life. In such a world of experience anything seems possible. When you live from this place of possibility and abundance you care less about being in control and take more risks. You may be willing to let go of once strong held attachments for a bigger dream, be willing to step into the unknown trusting the choice you have taken from your heart.
How are you living your life now? What dreams, passions and desires are you creating and living for youself? Remember the power of what it is to be fully alive as a man in this world. Dare to live a path with heart!
