I recently read a book called "A Path of Heart" by Jack Kornfield, and below are some comments by him reflecting on the transitional period that we may encounter after a workshop.

Kornfiled says "After we finish an experience like your recent [Body Electric workshop], we may face a natural loss as you change from one circumstance or setting to another. If the workshop/Intensive fostered an opening of your heart, a quieting of the mind, or simplicity of living, we may fear losing this as we return to the complexities of everyday life. Many experiences may arise within us and the accompanying emotions that go with them.
